Bid For Green, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of American Green
Holdings,
Inc.
AGH is an environmental investment company located in
Crane, Missouri. It
also owns LiquiSun and is the majority owner of Ecosense
Solutions, LLC.
Bid For Green came out of AGH President Dale Wiley's
frustration at being
unable to find a seller for a company who wanted to buy
a million gallons
of biodiesel a week. "At the time, we were unable to
supply them, and by
the time we found someone who could, they had gotten
their supply
elsewhere," said Wiley. "This didn't seem like a problem that
someone
ought to have."
Bid For Green invites EVERYONE to join their
site. "We hope to have plenty
of books and resources on alternative fuels,"
said Wiley. "We want to make
this the go-to site for 21st century
energy."
American Green Holdings, whose slogan is "Reality-Based Energy,"
will add
much greater scope to the Bid For Green site over the next few
months.
Future functionality will include free email accounts, greater
connectivity
options, and what Wiley calls, "devices that consumers can
actually use
every day."
