The number one show on television, CSI, spent its last episode made prior to the writers strike touting its new biodiesel provider, BidForGreen. Episode 8-11, entitled "Bull," featured several BidForGreen banners, as well as the logos of sister companies EcoOutlaw and American Green Holdings. "We've been very flattered to be involved with CSI," said Dale Wiley, President of BidForGreen. "They have committed to numerous environmental initiatives in the past, and now we've shown them that they can power up with biodiesel and reduce greenhouse gases, particulate emissions and cancer-causing materials."
Wiley mentioned Shooter Jennings, son of Waylon, to play a honky-tonk in a scene in the episode to CSI co-producer Philip Conserva, and he also got a little surprise: one of the rodeo riders on the episode was named after him. "That was fun," said Wiley. "It's the only time I will ever be mistaken for a professional bull rider."
BidForGreen supplies biofuels to the music, film and television industry, and can do biodiesel logistics work for any industry. "We can help any company put together a plan to get quality biofuel, whether they're CSI or a school district," said Wiley. "The more the merrier."
