And to make things easier we coordinate biodiesel deliveries to your choice of locations in the cities where you will be playing. We can take your tour itinerary, map out all the stops, calculate the mileage and divide that by the range of the coaches, account for generator usage, and figure out all the required biodiesel deliveries before the tour even starts.

In addition to these services, we can offer streamlined billing and payment options for your tour. Typically this can work by BFG creating an estimate of the total fuel usage of your tour, based on the number of vehicles, their range, the total mileage and generator use, then calculating the cost of that biodiesel, clearing that with you, accepting a 50% deposit upfront and then BFG covers the cost of biodiesel throughout the tour through the accounts we have with the biodiesel distributors we work with. Roughly halfway through the tour we evaluate the accuracy of our estimate, make adjustments and bill for the remainder, continuing to cover the payment for the biodiesel. This allows you to make two payments as opposed to paying as you fuel up. You pick the place, fuel trucks come and fill you up with biodiesel and you're done, on to the next gig. After the tour wraps up, we draft a report and evaluate the costs and fuel usage at which time you either get a refund for overpayment or are billed for the additional fuel costs.
